Genocide Memorial to open in France
The Rwandan Ambassador to France, Jacques Kabale, will on Sunday preside over a function to unveil the first Genocide memorial site in France. According to a statement from the Rwandan Embassy in Paris, the site which will be located in Cluny, in the southern part of Bourgogne region, will contain memorabilia of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, showing how it was planned and implemented.
